Appearance
Theme accent, motion, and platform width — applied instantly on save.
Media Folders
Uploads are stored on the server under type / year / name. The path saved on the entry is the source of truth — rename an entry or fix its year and the image keeps loading, whilst the folder name drifts out of step. Move drifted folders on your command; never automatically.
Snapshots
The last ten saved states, kept on this device. Restore rolls the platform back and saves immediately.
Colours
Full palette control on top of the light/dark base (moon button in the header switches modes). Panel steps, lines, and dim text derive automatically.
Infographic Data
Feeds the dormant frames on the Infographics tab. Financial charts render only with private mode on.
Warning: never enable private mode on a folder without cPanel Directory Privacy — financial data on an open URL is an exposure.
Custom Fields
Your own entry properties — appear in the entry form, detail view, and search. Values sync to Notion inside one "Extras" column. Removing a field hides it; stored values are kept.
Sync Backend
State syncs across every device that can open this password-protected folder — no key needed per device. The shared key below is optional and only used if you turn directory-trust off.
Trust model: Notion syncs both ways automatically — it is your curated data. Web and email results always stop in the review inbox first.
Deploy
Push a new platform version to the live tracker without cPanel. The current live file is backed up automatically on every deploy.
Warning: this endpoint rewrites index.html on your host. Deploy runs without a confirmation prompt and reloads the page when done. The sync key is remembered on this device only (browser storage) — it is never written into the deployed file. Directory Privacy is still a precondition, not a suggestion.
Public Share Page
Generates a standalone, read-only landing page — hero gallery, bio, selling KPIs, award highlights, your sites — as a single HTML file you upload anywhere and share. No edit controls, no settings; a snapshot of today's data.
Privacy: this dashboard has no login — it's private only while its URL is unknown. Keep it in its own folder and enable cPanel → Directory Privacy on that folder. Share only the generated public file, hosted elsewhere (e.g. your site root).
